A. User Information

  • Account Credentials: Username, email address, and hashed passwords used for authentication.
  • Profile Data: Names and user roles assigned by administrators.
  • Integration Credentials: Encrypted API keys for third-party services (e.g., httpSMS) and encrypted SMTP/IMAP credentials for email integration.

B. Lead and Customer Data

As a CRM and Sales tool, users input data regarding their clients ("Leads"), including:

  • Contact Info: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses.
  • Business Context: Company names and product interests.
  • Transactional Data: Products purchased, prices, financing details, and contract files.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Retail Composer platform.
  • Facilitate sales tracking and commission calculations.
  • Enable 2-way SMS and Email communication via your integrated accounts.
  • Synchronize work schedules with Google Calendar (if enabled by the user).
  • Generate secure, read-only links for sharing dashboards or calendars.

4. Google User Data (Calendar Integration)

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Retail Composer will request access to view and edit your calendar events. This data is used solely to:

  • Synchronize your work schedule created in Retail Composer to your Google Calendar.
  • Prevent scheduling conflicts by checking your existing Google Calendar events.

We do not store your Google data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256-CBC encryption for sensitive credentials and secure token-based access for shared read-only views.
